A special DRAMTUNE night in The Hague’s Casa Bruti, featuring the legendary Italian guitarist, composer and singer BEPPE GAMBETTA, born in Genoa in 1955.
During his long and impressive career, Beppe Gambetta crossed the Atlantic many times and played with many great legends and at many festivals all over the United States and beyond, he became a sort of musical bridge between Italy and the U.S.A….combining Italian, Celtic and Eastern European folk music with Blues, Jazz and Bluegrass…in his own unique way and with worldclass skill and devotion.
Beppe Gambetta has officially become World-Ambassador for the city of Genoa for all he did and still does….
His unique style and his gifted way of playing the guitar in open settings and with his amazing socalled flatpicking, can be enjoyed and admired in the intimate setting of Casa Bruti.
The Dramtune foundation presents a wonderful night of enchanting guitar playing and beautiful Italian & American songs, thanks to this true ambassador of Transatlantic music and culture.
